(a) Each member or, in the absence of a member, his or her alternate member of the Board of Supervisors shall have one vote.(b) Any action adopted by a majority of the votes cast at a meeting of the Board of Supervisors at which a quorum is present shall constitute the action of the Board, except as otherwise provided in this agreement.24 Appendix V.S.A. § 411-210
