Section 4-211 - Additional governing body provisions(a) No claim for personal services shall be allowed to the officers elected at the annual meeting, except when compensation for such services is provided for under the provisions of this charter or by the general law.(b) The Council may authorize the sale or lease of any real or personal estate belonging to the City.24 Appendix V.S.A. § 4-211
