Section 156-9 - Acquisition and disposition of Town property(a) The Selectboard may dispose of real property in accordance with 24 V.S.A. § 1061 and this charter.(b) The Selectboard may acquire real property in the name of the Town pursuant to law, this charter, or a vote of the Town.24 Appendix V.S.A. § 156-9
