Section 133-502 - Organization(a) Three Selectboard members shall constitute a quorum. No action of the Board shall be valid or binding unless adopted by the affirmative vote of at least three Selectboard members. In cases where a statute requires a greater number of the Board for an affirmative vote, such provisions of law shall control.(b) The Selectboard may vote on an item not warned on a public agenda only in an emergency and with the consent of the majority of the Board.
