Section 113-207 - Record of proceedings(a) It shall be the duty of the Selectboard to keep an official record of its proceedings and policies, which shall be open for public inspection and published on the Town's website.(b) The minutes of each meeting shall be approved by the Selectboard at a subsequent meeting.24 Appendix V.S.A. § 113-207
