Section 326 - Refund upon loss of vehicle

The Commissioner may cancel the registration of a motor vehicle when the owner of the motor vehicle proves to the Commissioner's satisfaction that the motor vehicle has been totally destroyed by fire or, through crash or wear, has become wholly unfit for use and has been dismantled.
