Section 1055 - Pedestrians on roadways(a) Where public sidewalks are provided, no person may walk along or upon an adjacent roadway.(b) Where public sidewalks are not provided, any pedestrian walking along and upon a highway shall, when practicable, walk only on the left side of the roadway or its shoulder facing the direction of possible oncoming traffic.Added 1971, No. 258 (Adj.
