Section 1137 - Riding on bicycles(a) No individual propelling a bicycle may ride other than on or astride a permanent and regular seat attached to the bicycle.(b) No individual may use a bicycle to carry more individuals at any one time than the number for which it is designed and equipped.Added 1971, No. 258 (Adj.
