(a) The Board shall have authority to adopt, amend, and rescind rules as necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.(b) In carrying out this chapter the Board may, under any applicable federal law, rule, or regulation, petition the National Labor Relations Board for an advisory opinion as to whether that agency will assert jurisdiction over a labor dispute which is the subject of a proceeding then pending before the Board.(c) All findings, conclusions, and determinations of the Board under this chapter shall be public records.Amended by 2024 , No. 85, § 238, eff. 7/1/2024.Added 1967, No. 198, § 12.
