Section 8913 - Minimum program standards and other regulations(a) The Commissioners shall establish minimum program standards for services provided by community mental health and developmental disability agencies. Minimum program standards shall specify the basic activities and resources that are necessary for the implementation of such programs.(b) The procedure for establishing such standards shall be in accordance with 3 V.S.A. chapter 25.Added 1979, No. 108 (Adj.
