Section 5200 - DefinitionsAs used in this chapter:
(1) "Cemetery" has the same meaning as in section 5302 of this title.(2) "Cremation" has the same meaning as in section 5302 of this title.(3) "Disposition facility" has the same meaning as in section 5302 of this title.(4) "Natural organic reduction" has the same meaning as in section 5302 of this title.Added by 2022 , No. 169, § 1, eff. 1/1/2023.
