Section 2601a - Prohibited conduct(a) No person shall engage in open and gross lewdness.(b) A person who violates this section shall: (1) be imprisoned not more than one year or fined not more than $300.00, or both, for a first offense; and(2) be imprisoned not more than two years or fined not more than $1,000.00, or both, for a second or subsequent offense.
