Section 6245 - Illegal evictions(a) No park owner may willfully cause, directly or indirectly, the interruption or termination of any utility service to a mobile home except for temporary interruptions for necessary repairs.(b) No park owner may directly or indirectly deny a leaseholder access to and possession of the leaseholder's leased premises, except through proper judicial process.(c) No park owner may directly or indirectly deny a leaseholder access to and possession of the leaseholder's mobile home and personal property, except through proper judicial process.Added 1993, No. 141 (Adj.
