Section 9-8-201 - Utah Historical Society - Creation - Purpose(1) There is created within the department the Utah Historical Society under the administration and general supervision of the executive director or the designee of the executive director.(2) The division, with the advisement of the board, shall be the authority of the state for state history and shall perform those duties set forth in statute.Amended by Chapter 160, 2023 General Session ,§ 10, eff. 7/1/2023.Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 241, 1992 General Session
