Section 81-6-103 - Jurisdiction over a child support proceeding - Appeals(1) A court has jurisdiction over a proceeding brought under this chapter in accordance with Title 78A, Judiciary and Judicial Administration.(2) An appeal may be taken from an order or judgment under this part as in other civil actions.Renumbered from § 78B-12-103 and amended by Chapter 366, 2024 General Session ,§ 140, eff. 9/1/2024.Repealed by Chapter 158, 2024 General Session ,§ 144, eff. 7/1/2024.Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 3, 2008 General Session.
