Section 81-4-302 - Annulment - Grounds

A court may annul a marriage for any of the following causes existing at the time of the marriage:

(1) when the marriage is prohibited or void under Title 81, Chapter 2, Part 4, Validity of Marriage; or

(2) upon grounds existing at common law.
