Section 80-3-105 - Consolidation of proceedings(1) Subject to Subsection (2), when more than one child is involved in a home situation that may be found to constitute abuse, neglect, or dependency, the proceedings may be consolidated.(2) Separate hearings may be held in proceedings consolidated under Subsection (1) with respect to disposition.Added by Chapter 261, 2021 General Session ,§ 58, eff. 9/1/2021.
