Section 78B-8-705 - Severability(1) If any provision of this part or the application of any part to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a court, the remainder of this part shall be given effect without the invalid provision or application.(2) The provisions of this part are severable.Added by Chapter 133, 2020 General Session ,§ 5, eff. 5/12/2020.
