Section 78B-7-903 - Penalties(1) A violation of a permanent criminal stalking injunction issued under this part is a third degree felony in accordance with Subsection 76-5-106.5(3)(b).(2) A violation of a permanent criminal stalking injunction issued under this part may be enforced in a civil action initiated by the stalking victim, a criminal action initiated by a prosecuting attorney, or both.Amended by Chapter 430, 2022 General Session ,§ 63, eff. 5/4/2022.Amended by Chapter 418, 2022 General Session ,§ 3, eff. 5/4/2022.Added by Chapter 142, 2020 General Session ,§ 70, eff. 7/1/2020.
