Section 78A-6-450 - Criminal information for an adult in juvenile courtA county attorney or district attorney may file a criminal information in the juvenile court charging an adult for:
(1) unlawful sale or furnishing of an alcoholic product to minors in violation of Section 32B-4-403;(2) failure to report abuse or neglect in violation of Section 80-2-609;(3) harboring a runaway in violation of Section 80-5-601;(4) misdemeanor custodial interference in violation of Section 76-5-303;(5) contributing to the delinquency of a minor in violation of Section 76-4-206 ;(6) failure to comply with compulsory education requirements in violation of Section 53G-6-202; or(7) a willful failure to perform a promise to appear under Subsection 78A-6-352(4)(b).Amended by Chapter TBD, 2024 General Session ,§ 16, eff. 5/1/2024.Amended by Chapter 335, 2022 General Session ,§ 64, eff. 9/1/2022.Renumbered from § 78A-6-1001 and amended by Chapter 261, 2021 General Session ,§ 45, eff. 9/1/2021.Amended by Chapter 415, 2018 General Session ,§ 124, eff. 3/22/2018.Amended by Chapter 276, 2010 General Session.
