Section 78A-6-207 - Volunteers(1) The name of a volunteer serving in a case under Section 78A-2-803 shall be stated in the court records of the case.(2) A volunteer of record under Subsection (1) is: (a) considered a volunteer to the juvenile court; and(b) a volunteer under Title 67, Chapter 20, Volunteer Government Workers Act.Amended by Chapter 261, 2021 General Session ,§ 29, eff. 9/1/2021.Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 3, 2008 General Session.
