Section 78A-10a-502 - Creation(1) There is created the Business and Chancery Court Nominating Commission.(2) The Business and Chancery Court Nominating Commission shall nominate individuals to fill judicial vacancies on the Business and Chancery Court.Amended by Chapter 158, 2024 General Session ,§ 135, eff. 3/13/2024.Added by Chapter 394, 2023 General Session ,§ 44, eff. 7/1/2024, technically renumbered from coordination clause.
