Section 78A-10a-402 - Creation - Purpose(1) There is a district and juvenile court nominating commission created for each geographical division of the district and juvenile courts.(2) A district and juvenile court nominating commission shall nominate individuals to fill judicial vacancies for the district court and the juvenile court within the commission's geographical division.Added by Chapter 250, 2023 General Session ,§ 20, eff. 5/3/2023.
