Section 78A-10a-302 - Creation - Purpose(1) There is created the Appellate Court Nominating Commission.(2) The Appellate Court Nominating Commission shall nominate individuals to fill judicial vacancies on the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals.Added by Chapter 250, 2023 General Session ,§ 15, eff. 5/3/2023.
