Section 77-38-602 - Creation - Commission responsibilities(1) There is created the Safe at Home Program within the commission.(2) Under the program, the commission shall: (a) designate, train, and manage program assistants;(b) develop, distribute, and process application forms and related materials for the program;(c) designate an assigned address for a program participant to be used by the program participant and a state or local government entity; and(d) receive mail sent to a program participant's assigned address, forward the mail to the program participant's actual address at the commission's expense, and track and maintain records for all mail received.Amended by Chapter 237, 2023 General Session ,§ 5, eff. 5/3/2023.Added by Chapter 215, 2022 General Session ,§ 4, eff. 1/1/2023.
