Section 76-2-107 - Commission of offense with aid of generative artificial intelligence(1) As used in this section, "generative artificial intelligence" means the same as that term is defined in Section 13-2-12.(2) An actor may be found guilty of an offense if: (a) the actor commits the offense with the aid of a generative artificial intelligence; or(b) the actor intentionally prompts or otherwise causes a generative artificial intelligence to commit the offense.Added by Chapter TBD, 2024 General Session ,§ 12, eff. 5/1/2024.
