Section 76-10-1236 - Possession of a child sex doll - Penalties
(1) As used in this section, "child sex doll" means:
(a) an anatomically correct doll, mannequin, or robot, with the features of, or with features that resemble those of, a minor; and
(b) is intended for use in sexual acts.
(2) An actor commits the offense of possession of a child sex doll if the actor knowingly or intentionally possesses a child sex doll.
(3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a class A misdemeanor, with a mandatory fine of not less than $2,500.
