Section 76-10-1236 - Possession of a child sex doll - Penalties(1) As used in this section, "child sex doll" means: (a) an anatomically correct doll, mannequin, or robot, with the features of, or with features that resemble those of, a minor; and(b) is intended for use in sexual acts.(2) An actor commits the offense of possession of a child sex doll if the actor knowingly or intentionally possesses a child sex doll.(3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a class A misdemeanor, with a mandatory fine of not less than $2,500.Added by Chapter 118, 2023 General Session ,§ 1, eff. 5/3/2023.
