Section 72-17-104 - Federal Railroad Administration grant program(1) The provisions in this section apply beginning on May 7, 2025.(2) After reaching an agreement with and receiving the certification from the Federal Railroad Administration as described in Section 72-17-101, the office may apply for railroad safety grants as often as permitted by the Federal Railroad Administration.Amended by Chapter 531, 2024 General Session ,§ 11, eff. 3/21/2024.Added by Chapter 42, 2023 General Session ,§ 5, eff. 3/31/2024.
