Section 72-16-103 - Scope and administration(1) The provisions of this chapter apply to any amusement ride in the state.(2) In accordance with the provisions of this chapter, the committee:(a) shall administer this chapter; and(b) has jurisdiction over any amusement ride in the state.Added by Chapter 244, 2019 General Session ,§ 5, eff. 5/14/2019.
