Section 64-13-43 - Use of state vehicles by department personnel
The executive director may authorize the use of a state vehicle for:
(1) official and commute purposes for a department employee who:(a) supervises probationers or parolees; or(b) investigates the criminal activity of inmates, probationers, or parolees; and(2) off-duty personal use.
