Section 63N-1a-304 - Executive director and the Public Service Commission(1) The executive director or the executive director's designee shall:(a) become generally informed of significant rate cases and policy proceedings before the Public Service Commission; and(b) monitor and study the potential economic development impact of these proceedings.(2) In the discretion of the executive director or the executive director's designee, the office may appear in a proceeding before the Public Service Commission to testify, advise, or present argument regarding the economic development impact of a matter that is the subject of the proceeding.Renumbered from § 63N-1-204 by Chapter 282, 2021 General Session ,§ 76, eff. 7/1/2021.Renumbered from § 63M-1-205 and amended by Chapter 283, 2015 General Session ,§ 60, eff. 5/12/2015.Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 382, 2008 General Session
