Section 63M-7-523 - Review of reparations award decision(1) The reparations officer shall review at least annually every reparations award being paid in installments.(2) An order on review of a reparations award does not require refund of amounts previously paid unless the reparations award was obtained by fraud or a material mistake of fact.Amended by Chapter 149, 2020 General Session ,§ 22, eff. 5/12/2020.Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 382, 2008 General Session.
