Section 63M-15-203 - Commission meetings(1) The commission shall annually elect a chair and vice chair from the commission's membership.(2) The commission shall hold meetings as needed to fulfill the commission's duties.(3) A meeting may be held on the call of the chair or a majority of the commission members.(4) A majority of the voting members of the commission constitute a quorum and, if a quorum exists, the action of a majority of commission members present constitutes the action of the commission.Added by Chapter 91, 2021 General Session ,§ 10, eff. 5/5/2021.Technically renumbered to avoid duplication of section number also enacted in HB297, Chapter 179.
