Section 63H-7a-802 - Term of the authority - Dissolution(1) The authority may be dissolved by an act of the Legislature.(2) Title to all assets of the authority upon its dissolution shall revert to the state for services provided by the public safety communications network.(3) The board is authorized to:(a) take any necessary action to dissolve the authority; and(b) dispose of the property of the authority upon its dissolution as provided in Subsection (2).Amended by Chapter 509, 2019 General Session ,§ 13, eff. 7/1/2019.Renumbered from § 63H-7-502 and amended by Chapter 411, 2015 General Session ,§ 42, eff. 7/1/2015.Renumbered from § 63C-7-209 and amended by Chapter 320, 2014 General Session ,§ 31, eff. 7/1/2014.Enacted by Chapter 136, 1997 General Session
