Section 63H-7a-601 - Administrative Services Division - Creation - Legal services(1) There is created within the authority the Administrative Services Division.(2) The Administrative Services Division shall provide financial and human resources assistance to the authority under the direction of the board and the executive director.(3) At the board's request and with the board's approval, the Administrative Services Division may establish or contract for legal services for the authority.Amended by Chapter 357, 2024 General Session ,§ 12, eff. 5/1/2024.Amended by Chapter 430, 2017 General Session ,§ 25, eff. 7/1/2017.Added by Chapter 411, 2015 General Session ,§ 30, eff. 7/1/2015.
