Section 63H-7a-501 - Interoperability Division(1) There is created within the authority the Interoperability Division, which is responsible for the duties of the authority as specified in this chapter.(2) The executive director shall appoint a statewide interoperability coordinator with the approval of the board.(3) The statewide interoperability coordinator shall be funded by the Department of Public Safety within appropriations to the Department of Public Safety for this purpose.Amended by Chapter 357, 2024 General Session ,§ 11, eff. 5/1/2024.Renumbered from § 63H-7-309 and amended by Chapter 411, 2015 General Session ,§ 26, eff. 7/1/2015.Added by Chapter 320, 2014 General Session ,§ 22, eff. 7/1/2014.
