Section 63G-6a-114 - Correcting an immaterial error in a solicitation response(1) A procurement unit may allow a vendor to correct an immaterial error in a responsive solicitation response as provided in this section.(2)(a) A procurement unit that allows a vendor to correct an immaterial error in a responsive solicitation response shall: (i) require the vendor to submit the correction in writing; and(ii) establish a deadline by which the vendor is required to correct the immaterial error.(b) A procurement unit may not allow a vendor to correct an immaterial error in a responsive solicitation response after the deadline established under Subsection (2)(a).Amended by Chapter 257, 2020 General Session ,§ 10, eff. 5/12/2020.Added by Chapter 355, 2016 General Session ,§ 17, eff. 3/28/2016.
