Section 53G-9-602 - Bullying, hazing, and cyber-bullying prohibited(1) A school employee or student may not engage in bullying a school employee or student: (b) at a school related or sponsored event;(d) at a school bus stop; or(e) while the school employee or student is traveling to or from a location or event described in Subsections (1)(a) through (d).(2) A school employee or student may not engage in cyber-bullying or hazing a school employee or student at any time or in any location.Amended by Chapter 21, 2024 General Session ,§ 38, eff. 5/1/2024.Renumbered from § 53A-11a-201 by Chapter 3, 2018 General Session ,§ 324, eff. 1/24/2018.Amended by Chapter 213, 2017 General Session ,§ 2, eff. 5/9/2017.Amended by Chapter 235, 2011 General Session.
