Section 53G-7-1104 - Reporting requirementsAn association shall provide a verbal report, accompanied by a written report, annually to the state board, including:
(1) the association's annual budget in accordance with Section 53G-7-1105;(2) a schedule of events scheduled or facilitated by the association;(3) procedures for alignment or realignment;(4) any amendments or changes to the association's governing document or bylaws; and(5) any other information requested by the state board.Amended by Chapter 293, 2019 General Session ,§ 144, eff. 5/14/2019.Renumbered from § 53A-1-1604 and amended by Chapter 3, 2018 General Session ,§ 240, eff. 1/24/2018.Added by Chapter 196, 2017 General Session ,§ 5, eff. 5/9/2017.
