Section 53B-33-304 - Reporting(1) The center shall report to the Education Interim Committee and Business and Labor Interim Committee: (a) before July 1 of each year regarding the center's:(i) research and services priorities for the year;(ii) completed research from the previous year; and(iii) activities and accomplishments in the previous year; and(b) before December 1 of each year, the center's ongoing data research and services priority list described in Subsection 53B-33-302(2).(2) The Education Interim Committee shall provide the center ongoing input regarding the center's activities and data research priorities.Amended by Chapter 84, 2023 General Session ,§ 3, eff. 5/3/2023.Renumbered from § 35A-14-304 by Chapter 461, 2022 General Session ,§ 16, eff. 7/1/2022.Added by Chapter 375, 2017 General Session ,§ 10, eff. 7/1/2017.
