Section 53B-1-409 - Appointment and hiring of staff(1) The commissioner may appoint and hire a staff of professional, legal, and administrative personnel.(2) The commissioner shall determine salaries, retirement provisions, and other benefits for the staff described in this section.Added by Chapter 365, 2020 General Session ,§ 53, eff. 7/1/2020.
