Utah Code § 53B-1-401

Section 53B-1-401 - Definitions

As used in this part:

(1) "Board" means the Utah Board of Higher Education described in Section 53B-1-402.

(2) "Institution of higher education" or "institution" means an institution of higher education described in Section 53B-1-102.
