Section 53-3-110 - Reciprocity agreements(1) The division may negotiate and enter into an agreement of reciprocity with a foreign jurisdiction or country to facilitate the exchange of a driver license.(2) In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the division may make rules to establish the process for creating, entering into, and maintaining a reciprocity agreement.Added by Chapter 443, 2023 General Session ,§ 1, eff. 5/3/2023.
