Section 53-10-213 - Reporting requirements(1) The bureau shall submit the record received from the court in accordance with Subsection 78B-7-603(5)(e) to the National Crime Information Center within 48 hours of receipt, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.(2) The bureau shall submit the record received from the court in accordance with Subsection 53-10-208.1(3) to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System within 48 hours of receipt, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.Amended by Chapter 397, 2023 General Session ,§ 3, eff. 5/3/2023.Amended by Chapter 142, 2020 General Session ,§ 4, eff. 7/1/2020.Added by Chapter 33, 2019 General Session ,§ 4, eff. 5/14/2019.
