Section 53-1-122 - Road Rage Awareness and Prevention Restricted Account(1) There is created a restricted account within the General Fund known as the Road Rage Awareness and Prevention Restricted Account.(2) The account is funded by money appropriated by the Legislature.(3) Upon appropriation, the department shall expend funds from the restricted account to pay for an education and media campaign on road rage awareness and prevention.Added by Chapter 319, 2024 General Session ,§ 6, eff. 7/1/2024.
