Section 48-5-303 - Proxies(1) A member may be represented by a proxy.(2) The by-laws of a decentralized autonomous organization may establish the requirements for representation by proxy.(3) A proxy may exercise all rights of a member.Added by Chapter 85, 2023 General Session ,§ 16, eff. 1/1/2024.
