Section 41-6a-714 - Freeway and controlled-access highways - Driving onto and from highways where permitted(1) A person may not operate a vehicle onto or from any freeway or other controlled-access highway except at entrances and exits established by the highway authority having jurisdiction over the highway.(2) A violation of Subsection (1) is an infraction.Amended by Chapter 412, 2015 General Session ,§ 58, eff. 5/12/2015.Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 2, 2005 General Session
