Section 41-1a-123 - License Plate Restricted Account(1) As used in this section, "account" means the License Plate Restricted Account created in Subsection (2).(2) There is created within the General Fund a restricted account known as the "License Plate Restricted Account."(3) The account consists of money deposited into the account in accordance with Subsection 41-1a-1201(3).(4) The Legislature shall appropriate funds in the account to the commission for the costs of issuing license plates and decals.(5) In accordance with Section 63J-1-602.1, appropriations made to the division from the account are nonlapsing.Added by Chapter 212, 2023 General Session ,§ 3, eff. 7/1/2023, technically renumbered to avoid duplication.
