Section 4-4-102 - Department to establish egg grades and standards - Authority to make and enforce rules(1) The department may establish grades and standards of quality, size, and weight governing the sale of eggs.(2) The department shall, subject to Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, make and enforce rules that are necessary to administer and enforce this chapter.Amended by Chapter 528, 2023 General Session ,§ 6, eff. 5/3/2023.Renumbered from § 4-4-2 and amended by Chapter 345, 2017 General Session ,§ 48, eff. 7/1/2017.Amended by Chapter 382, 2008 General Session.
