Section 4-32a-207 - Fees set by department - Cost of chronic wasting disease testing(1) The department shall adopt a schedule of fees to cover the cost of this part.(2) The owner of domesticated game slaughtered under this part is responsible for the cost of required chronic wasting disease testing.Added by Chapter 315, 2019 General Session ,§ 12, eff. 5/14/2019.
